This does not include a religious organization supporting initiatives outside the scope of religion (e.g., food banks, homeless shelters, back-to-school events).

Discriminatory:
Carlisle Companies will not advocate, donate, nor allow Volunteer Time Off usage for any programs that discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, citizenship, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or any other classification protected by law.

Political Organizations / Lobbying / Advocacy:
Carlisle Companies will not support nor allow VTO in any capacity that includes political causes or candidates. Volunteering with fraternities, sororities, their affiliated foundations, political organizations, lobbying groups, or individuals is also not permitted.
